Richard, Chief Justice of the Federal Court of Appeal; Michel Arpin, CRTC Vice-Chair, Broadcasting; past Chairs Alain Gourd and Elmer Hildebrand; and long serving former CAB employees Gerry Acton and Jessie McLean.
